In our shared work toward the goals of the Edith Maryon Foundation, we strive to cultivate a dialogical organizational culture. On a human level, this means taking an interest in one another, working together as equals, and fostering trust, reliability, and mutual respect. On a practical level, we seek the greatest possible transparency through open communication, enabling us to develop an increasingly comprehensive understanding of matters and to recognize what is essential within them. Through collaborative consultation and idea-development processes, we aim to create a basis for action that empowers individuals to take initiative and assume responsibility independently in service of the whole. We regard human beings as free and social individuals and uphold a holistic view of the human person. Regular staff meetings, internal training sessions, and other events support the continuous development of our organizational culture.<\/p>\n
